MSN:

1.  While the email message and attachment are open, click on the "File" menu. When the drop-down menu opens, click on "Save As."

2.  The "Save Web Page" window will open. You will have the option to save the email/attachment as a "Web Page complete," "Web Archive," "single file," "Web Page, HTML only," or "Text File." Choose one in the "Save as type" drop-down menu.

3.  Select a location where you wish to save the document in the "Save In" box at the top of the window.

4.  There will be a default File Name of "MSN Hotmail - Message."  Click on this space, delete the file name and add a descriptive file name of your own choosing.

5.  Click Save.

6.  You may wish to Copy-and-Paste the message onto a blank Word document.  Please see the instructions here:  Cut-and-Paste or Copy-and-Paste
